Starlight wallpaper on blank partitions only shows the one snow panel.

When using the starlight wallpaper on blank partitions, You will NEVER get the "Tree" part of it to show up. You can see here. Every panel will just be the snow. This is bad considering you have to pay 5$ per wallpaper just to find this out.
