It barely lasted a week...
Perhaps it did not last nearly as long and OP was just the first to bring it up...

Big panda is an awesome bear!

I hope anyone who tries this gets banned quickly. This is the kind of thing that makes it pointless to play and destroys the reputation of a game.

OP is more likely to get banned for (inadvertently) naming the obvious hacker than the hacker is for actually hacking.
Honestly, that's what we need around here. I get that it's against the forum rules, but fact is, people are getting away with it because we're all forced into silence AND clear, obvious evidence is discredited on the possibility of it being edited. First, no one's that good. Second, IF the evidence were faked, that person just submitted a false report, and would only get themselves in trouble.
I'm sick of watching the same people we KNOW are cheating just get away with it because we're all supposed to play nice and not tattle. Screw that, I'm paying for this and can't even get a little timely customer support for an issue that's been going on for over 2 years already? Nah man.
Name them. Name them all. Their $15 isn't more important than mine, especially not when I'm actually abiding the rules.
I couldn't agree more! I'm not the OP, but I am the one who found this video and players need to be made aware and SE needs to start putting their virtual FOOT DOWN before their latest PVP mode gets ruined. This is NOT "Fake News".Honestly, that's what we need around here. Well if SE is zero tolerance of use of third party programming as they claim in their Policy, the OP did not expose the players Account info as that would be a violation of ToS. Since only in pvp you can't see an opposing player's game name over their head, what's the difference, in capturing footage of them cheating in the open world? If this was an altered video and a player was then exposed I can understand the OP being in violation. That just doesn't make sense. Players are sick of the hackers and cheaters.
The only thing identified about the hacker was that it was a bard, since enemies don't have name plates like in Frontlines. I don't think OP has broken any forum rules for posting this.

He could edit that name off from the video.
Yeah if he was the one who posted it here in this forum. I am and I read the forum guidelines
Forum guidelines even states to not use "Personal Info".
And I quote "Please do not post any personal information about yourself or anyone else in the forum. Even if you know each other in real life, please use the character name or user name (temp. term) instead. If you witness any unwanted divulgence of personal information, ask the poster to remove it or report it by using the "Report Post" feature.
* Personal information can be defined as any data that explicitly reveals the real–world identity of an individual, and can include the following: name, home address, age, birthday, telephone or cell phone number, e-mail address, etc. Personal information can also be consisted of a combination of information that can identify an individual.
Well yeah bots have been around since the beginning. I have not seen this speed hack before, which to me is new method the cheaters could use to take advantage of the new pvp mode.
