Trouble entering the game

my friend has been having this trouble playing the game everytime he logs in and presses play this pops up

Is your friend using a VPN service? That can cause that error. have him file a ticket through the official support website to prevent fraud.

No, he didn't click play, he clicked login.

He needs to reset his password. His registered e-mail must be valid or he will have to do chat or phone support to update that. He is not using a security token so this happens to everybody who doesn't every once in awhile.

The instructions should have already been e-mailed to him but if not then have him do a password reset and all should be good.

The error that your friend is getting is indeed a login restriction. This can be easily fixed by changing your password using the link in the email sent to the accounts registered email. If your friend is not able to access that email or having any other issues, they will need to contact the Support Center directly for more individual and private assistance.
