What skill(s) would you change for your class if you could?

I would change Stone to Banish for WHM, and probably change Aero to a light aspected spell as well.

Ironically though Banish was actually a THM spell in the original release of FFXIV 1.0 (THM's whole idea was about casting 'umbral' and 'astral' aligned spells and using drain spells to heal and inflicting debuffs, a relic of this still remains in ARR with the whole astral/umbral shifting of THM/BLM spells. CNJ was actually more closer to GEO in (hence WHM has never really been a good fit for CNJ's Job personally, but that was the choice SE made and thus WHM in FFXIV will never be a 'true' FFXI-style priest-like WHM dealing exclusively in light elemental spells.

Besides, Stone is technically dealing earth elemental damage not light elemental damage, even though the elemental wheel is neutered anyway thus making the whole thing rather moot.
