Since I had little else to do in the game a few years ago. I switched from Immortal Flames to Twin Adders. Then when I reached max rank on Twin Adders, I switch again to Maelstrom. I switch again back to Immortal Flames. Then a few months later, back to Maelstrom again because I spending so much time in Limsa.

Now, that you have brought this topic up, I should switch it again, now that my squadrons are levelled up.

Way back in the beginning of 2.0 I choose to level paladin(Gladiator initially) first. I'm actually somewhat irk'd that I did this due to a minor "stain" on my profile. The stain being "City-State: Ul'dah" just because I wanted to level Gladiator first, I wish this was removed from profiles or at least have an option to change it...but it's been so long...we are in 4.0 now and this minor "QoL" customization has never been properly looked at I feel. I long to see my profile say Gridania... :<

I know exactly what you mean - having sometimes had that wish myself.
On the other hand, there are a few NPC dialogues that change slightly depending on your starting city so I guess they need to track that anyhow, and it really is a very minor thing after all.
