    How do i get an Emerald Leaf to be able to start You don't Have the Rite?

    I need an emerald leaf to start this quest but I have no idea how to obtain one...its for the Twin Adders last Quest...

    Can anyone help me? thanks!

    Promotion application. He'll go through the promotion application dialogs as normal, but instead of taking your seals and making you sergeant, he'll give the emerald leaf instead. You're then good to pick up the quest that will actually make you sergeant.
