Thank you for those that have provided information about your ISP. Based on this information, it looks like the issues are coming from a similar region in Europe. While this may not be the fault of any one ISP, any networks that you are connecting to may see excessive traffic or problems at this time. Unfortunately, I can only speculate on this and you may be routed through a troublesome network for this particular game. This would explain why you are able to connect to other websites, but not Final Fantasy XIV.

Saying it's your ISP's fault isn't entirely accurate in this case, it's more of how your ISP decides to connect to the network. Because of this, it becomes difficult to suggest troubleshooting methods aside from the ones listed above.

Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience and hope you can still enjoy the game.
I have opened another thread regarding this as advised. I can't say with certainty that it is the servers themselves but I can pinpoint when the issue started which was when the EU servers were taken down for maintainance around patch 4.15. Beyond this event nothing in my set up has changed nor has it in any of my statics but we are all experiencing this.

The issue is this is effecting gameplay enough for us to notice and if it continues then I'll probably be forced to unsub. This tiers irrelevant as we have already farmed it but with the way things are cutrently it will effect progression come 4.2 and if we can't raid reliably then there's not really any point in playing anymore.
