My friends and I have also been having this issue recently, most notably when we're raiding in ultimate and spikes in latency can cause wipes no matter how big or small. It makes progression more frustrating than it should be

It's been occurring since the introduction of patch 4.15 which matches this thread, we've got members in England, Holland, Belgium and more that have been experiencing this issue, I hope it can be resolved soon!
