Steps:
1. was online until Friday around 11 am and everything was still in order.
2. logged back into the game around 11 pm and noticed that all furnishing is gone from the garden and from the house except the house itself and an aetheryte
3. I checked with my tenants, storage, retainers, Housing NPC and Calamity Salvager without success

it is a personal house.
And I asked my friend if she removed the stuff and she said it was already gone when she logged in.

Then unless her account was hacked, I’m not sure what it could be. Did you talk to a GM in-game about it? Not sure if they have the ability to see retroactive housing activities though, since placing and removing furniture doesn’t show up in any in-game log of any sorts.

Did you have more than one person as a tenant? It seems like you could have a second tenant who took everything and then removed them self from your tenant list? If not a tenant thing, then it is a very weird situation.

Only share it with one friend. Hacked account? Not sure. In addition to the usual password, she makes use of the one-time-password option too.

It is soo weird. All my stuff was there when I logged out. A couple of hours later I log back in and swooosh everything gone.
The crafted stuff can be replaced although it stings a bit if I remember the time I spent to gather the resources etc.

The most pathectic service I have ever heard of. If someone removed that stuff (which is the likely answer, and sadly one that likely won't get your stuff back), they should have the logs, and know who it was.
