Unable to leave Drowning Wench when making a new player in Limsa.

Pretty sure the Limsa starting npc at the bar tells you to talk to the quest npc before going anywhere, but since you skipped the cutscenes you didnt get to see it.

I've been through the text before, it doesn't explain that you should talk tot he NPC either just the same "If you see someone that looks like they need help, offer a hand".
