    Unable to complete version check. [30410][30607][20457][409]

    I am playing on non-steam PC. I've disabled all anti-virus and tried manually overriding the config file. Please help.

    go ahead and close this. none of the previous tips worked that I was able to find online. i had to completely uninstall and reinstall.
