HELP! Boosted alt, can't do things I need to. :(

So my main is on Balmung and I convinced a friend to join,(we are on sargantas) I bought a story boost after I found out he pounded through the story.

I purchased a ARR boost since that was the most comparable to where he was currently.

HOWEVER I have noticed that certain things that I would normally and SHOULD be able to access I can't, Which slightly irritates me?

Does anyone know how to go about getting the main EX primals when boosted?(garuda, titan, and ifrit) Normally you talk to urianger and he gives you the quests but all he seemed to have was Shiva, Leviathan, and The moogles guard EX.

EDIT: I apparently need the quest Primal Awakening. Urianger has it in red flying above his stupid head.

Help and understanding would be most appreciated since I haven't done this stuff myself in a reaaaaally long time.

You have to unlock the ARR EX primals via quests from your Grand Company.
I think you get Bismarck and Ravana EX from Foundation, Ishgard.
Thordon EX is from the Wandering Minstrel in Mor Dhona.
And the Warring Triad is from the Rising Stone.

Story boost just makes some quests "done", without, well, doing them. Just look around for blue quest markers and do those. Also, clearly, you need to be level50 for them, but I guess that's done and over with.

PS: Mimilu wrote about Titan/Ifrit/Garuda...That's what she meant by ARR primals, so she said that you need to unlock them through your Grand Company. That's a good place to go and start looking out for those markers.
