This happened to me as well, it gave me headaches.1 - In the System Settings make sure that you have the Frame Rate set to limit at 60 FPS, if there's too much discrepancy between the Refresh Rate of your monitor and the frame rate, you can get weird visual tearing and it can actually cause eyestrain really badly. (I actually had this happen recently - I switched the frame rate limit off on FFXIV -- just to see how high it would go -- and forgot to change it back and for the four days it was on, every time I played I got really dizzy and my eyes would hurt. Once I switched the FPS limit back to 60, the issue went away while playing.)
