When will we get the PVP system for PVE ?

Ever since they introduced the combos and streamlined structure I've been wondering when they will implement this for the normal PVE gameplay.

It will not only reduce skill bloat by a lot again it will make the gameplay smoother as well.

Of course there would need to be slight changes made to it.

But classes right now in PVP feel way better, like Dragoon feels more like a proper FF Dragoon with the PVP changes compared to PVE counterpart. (Try it out)

So yeah, will we ever see it?
I hope so, it would improve the game a lot.

Edit: since to many people seem to get/want to get the wrong idea, I'm only talking about having the improvement not cut out all skills, just having the combos consolidated and skills put together in autoadvancing skillslots.
