I haven't had a chance to play my arcanist much, but when the ddos and HUD problems started a month ago i was goin got lvl arcanist up, but the skill hotbar on my ps4 version was on the bottom middle like its supposed to be. And when i summon carbuncle its skills pop up in the very middle of the screen as well when i have them set to hotbar where they normally go, so idk what the problem with it is if anyone can tell me i'd greatly appreciate the help
