Thank you for your assistance. Unfortunately, none of the alternatives provided solved the issue. I would like to mention that prior to 4.1, this issue did not happen and the game was working properly. At the time of patch 4.1 release, I was living in Canada and could not configure a router as I was living in college campus and the internet was provided without one. I just recently moved to Peru (different ISP) and the issue persists, therefore I do not think the problem is on the ISP side. The only thing I have not done is format my laptop and do a clean installation, but I will not try to attempt that at the moment. At the moment, I do not have a router AND a modem, just a router.

I am not tech savvy but maybe the problem is that patch 4.1 brought some kind of incompatibility with Windows 10 (that's my OS) or a windows update after 4.1 is causing the issue?
