suggestion: universal voice options/"no voice" option

I would love a no voice option. As i am mute and probably in a minority here with the op, but to me having a voice in game feels weird at times.
And adding a no voice option would not cause massive costs for another VA and development for extra voices like the other options would.

Edit: Also, it would be nice to have a few more voice options for races. Who's to say a Roegadyn male might be a bit soft spoken? Nothing outrageous mind you, but I do think a lot of the playerbase would like more voices in general.

its so weird to me that theres practically never a "no voice" option in any game that makes you choose a voice. itd be understandable if your character talked, but it most of those games characters just have combat grunts of some kind. adding a no voice option would require little work, allow players to have a quiet character if they wish, and allow mutes to be able to immerse themselves better in the game.
it sucks that i never get to experience that last one..

I'm in the other end of the spectrum, going for the most out of place voice I can. There are some deep Roegadame and Highlander lady options I would be all over.

There was a game that had a no voice option, even so far as to have other character's dialogue work around the fact the lead is mute, but I learned of it in the context that the mute option was cut from other languages since it was so much extra writing. I think it was an SNES game??

I kinda do believe there should be more shared voices. I'd gladly trade away some of the awful Miqote voices for a couple of the good AuRa voices, for example.
