I agree with this. I don't notice too much a difference between the two for AA, but I notice the difference with Int when I use Blind Side and Second Wind.I prefer stacking INT over STR myself as the AA bonus I find to be comparable. INT, however, provides a bonus to Blindside.
Also might I suggest anyone testing parses explicitly state which mob they fought, their level, whether they used a stance, and how much damage they did on the same mob without the stance if they tested with stance.
It may turn out that INT effects overall damage to a greater extent with elemental fists on, but STR more so for off-stance. It would account for the conflict of some players saying STR is better while others saying INT is.

Not sure the variable off hand on Blindside, but with Second Wind, without any Int gear I get a high about 890. With my Int gear I get from 920-960.
EDIT:Okay, so doing a few tests, I found Int to increase dmg of AA by about 15-20 damage. Granted this was with +54 Int... which is a bit disappointing. Str vs Int, same amount changed, Int was higher, but only by like 10 damage max, however I will agree they could equal out. The BIG thing however, came with Blindside. The +54 Int increased Blindside Howling Fist consistently by about 120 damage. Granted this was only a small scale test on Lv.52 enemies, but it's still enough, for me at least, to want to stack Int over Str, but the only place where you have a choice of the two is on legs... so it's not a huge deal.
This was also during a GC leve, on the exact same enemies, exact same level.

So like, someone tested this already.
here is their conclusion.
STR is better than INT for both normal attacks and enhanced fists.
and
Here.
Have a nice day.
It seems the best option is the just combine stats. Get Str from pants, Int from crown and maybe atk from gloves. People seem to have found that stats seem to do a lot less after 280. Even so, I'd say do your own tests, use what you think works best for you and have fun. Every week some has a test that "100% proves I'm right so listen to me" Plus for all we know this is going to change after the update. Just remember this is a game, so don't kill yourself over an extra 1,000 damage on a parser over a 10 minute fight. I'm done dealing with all this "omg I get 5 extra damage a hit from adding a triple bind Str" and I'll be enjoying myself ^^
