I would of thought this falls under common sense? RM is RM, so it will always be against the TOS, but if its all in game gil or items, and providing the people involved are doing it in private, I can't see how there would be any problems with it.

2) As long as ERP is kept private between consenting individuals, SE doesn't police it one bit

whatever you do in the privacy of your own FC house is your own business. If people wanna trade gil for some dirty talk and you don't do it in a "public" space.. I don't think SE will do anything. Just dont spam advertise in chat.
