Is it time for relics to be the same ilevel as savage weapons?

I guarantee a lot more people would be learning/clearing shinryu ex if we had the relic weapons already.

In my experience the gear isn't the reason people are losing fights. Most people are in their 340's already and the DPS checks have so far been really forgiving if everyone has an idea of what they're doing and there's minimal 2 or fewer deaths.
