i would like a cut scene of parking my chocobo at a stable entrance(outside of city) and then be teleported at the chocobo stables in town.

hmm wasn't this what i suggested may of not been that exact but generally what i wanted.
i would suggest a visable chocobo stable outside the city that you can ride into and auto CS, then presto your atthe chocobo stable inthe city. no clicking or anyhting . automatic.
its a little different from what you said, so i was just saying thts how id like it to be.
revise you op to be more clear if this is what you meant.
Zone transition animation while loading is a great idea!
LOL cash shop! SE's way to tell their player how they appreciate them... pull the carrot and empty your pockets $$$
And to those who support it: you are kicking yourselves. -- We just need to sit back and laugh at people with cash shop items.

Zone transition is a must imo, especially with the 'next gen' mmo. It will increase immersion with out any real sacrifice I can see.
For example I've always dislike how the current teleporting looks, it is very out of sync. You get a quick teleport effect on your character then you're free to move around for like 6 seconds while the other zone loads. Why not do something a bit more animated. For example do the effect, albeit make slightly longer and looks like your character is dematerializing or what have you (maybe a sec or 2 long). Have the camera rotate towards the sky and slowly zooms up (this can take as long as the load time takes) sort of like the tele animation of stag points in assaults from XI.
Same thing can be done for zone transition. Don't end the map exactly at the invisible wall, draw it out slightly more. When a player hits the invisible wall the camera can continue to slowly continue to follow a pre-determined path while the zone loads.
If these are too much to ask for then perhaps some type of concept art on the loading screen like mentioned before, but this will take out of the immersion for sure.
A) Make it so if you cross the invisible line you are teleported to the Chocobo Stable in the city.
B) Also, I really think there should be an option setting that after you have seen a Cut Scene once, it is never shown again. I do not need to see my self go in an elevator, leave a city on choco, board an airship, or enter a dungeon ever single time I do such a thing.
C) Yes, skip function, I know. How about make it so I press a button once, not 3-4 times, or how ever many times it takes making me confirm an action.
AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET RID OF THE CHOCOBO MUSIC
Goobbue Music is actually nice, I did not even realize it was there, but someone pointed it out and it sounded nice. Still not what I expect out of a Final Fantasy game though. You guys can do better.
