Paladin gears: Crafting gears VS Dungeon gears

Hi Everyone,

So my question is does Dungeon gears better than crafting gears even same ilv? Please advise. Thank you for your time.

I struggle about gears for my PLD and couldn't find any resource. I'm new player lv70 pld my gear set all i320 HQ. ~49500 HP I run deltascapes 1-4 need swap tank. I realize crafting have a lot of spell speed stats which I don't like so I replace with deltacapes gear which has determination and tenacity.

Crafting gear i320: head, pant, boots, sword, and shield. necklace, earing, and bracelet.
(replace) Deltascapes i320: 2x rings, belt.
Creation -330: chest
Deltascapes v01S: i340 waist.

Then i run with another tank PLD around 48K most of his gear i310 and few i320 but he takes less damage as I do. The only difference is he has all dungeon gears. I even eat food to go up to 53K HP 1700 tenacity but still hard and one of healer said I take way too much dmg.

I also stack tenacity if I can instead of str and Direct hit stats.

No, they should be identical except for the clearly-stated secondary-stat differences (tenacity, determination, etc.).

The only explanations I can think of are...
• Maybe the other tank is better at managing their defensive skills and/or healing themselves
• Maybe you're better at supporting your co-tank than they are at supporting you (Intervention, Cover, etc.)
• Maybe you're getting hit by attacks that you should be able to avoid
• Maybe your healer is crazy? Unless they have a parse showing you taking more damage, they're probably just wrong.

Thank Raldo for clarifying this. This helps me relief and I will pay attention more to improve my tanking skills rather than focus on gears.
