Looks like a pretty solid machine and should do perfectly fine for running FF14. I would add more ram at some point in the future as mentioned but that computer will open some doors gaming wise. If you don't know how to check the kind of ram it has just take too a computer shop and they can tell you. There is also plenty of videos on youtube that can help you become more computer savy.
