Possible Achievement Title Reward Mistake?

Not sure if this is a mistake or not, but I was going through all the achievements, and noticed that for gathering achievements, all titles rewarded through La Noscea has the word "Meadow", all titles through the Black Shroud has the word "Forest", and all titles through Thanalan has the word "Desert", except in one case:

For the Fisherman achievement "A Fisher's Life for Me: Black Shroud", the title reward is "Fieldcaster" instead of a more expected "Forestcaster" (La Noscea is "Meadowcaster" and Thanalan is "Desertcaster"). Is this deliberate, or a mistake?

could be an error on thier behalf, maybe submit a bug report and see if its "working as intended" ??
