    Rival Wings Mount

Change the requirement from 100 wins to 500 or 1000 matches played. Every single time I queue now, I'm placed on the worst possible team.

I know the mechanics and how to win. nobody else seems to care whenever I pug and I can only form one team at a time.

Please dont... I get the idea behind it and also the frustration there, but first off: This is the first week for this mode, people are still learning.

And second... I feel that all those PvP-mounts should be rewards for good playing - yes, I realize that there are 23 annoying adds on your side, trying to hurt you just as much as the 24 people you want to kill. But those achievments are an incentive for potentially everyone to give their best and win. You can also try to influence those 23 adds by giving orders - sometimes they'll follow, sometimes they dont, thats true. But I've seen matches turned around and won after one person spoke up and took the leading position.
We've had so many problems with people afking for exp, because wether or not you won the game didnt matter. We dont need more people afking to get those mounts.

And third: This is the first week of this content and maybe you're unlucky with groups right now, but thats gonna change. Once you're lucky - once you're not. Your proposed change would make it actually harder to eventually get the mount. You dont really believe yourself that 1.000 (or even 500) matches are more likely to be reached than 100 wins, do you?

Thanks for the actually thoughtful and not salty and rude response.

It just feels like its impossible to win more than one match out of maybe 20 right now. and at that rate, 1000 matches would be only 50 wins.

They aren't. They literally are the same as what he asked, simply persisting in enough matches that you get 100 wins. It has nothing to do with how well you play or how poorly, because you win or lose based on the team. So you pretty much just have to keep doing it over and over till your win percentage gives enough wins. If it's 20%, thats 500 matches played.

The only reason wins shouldn't be allowed is if we get the "pro" pvpers doing what they did in shatter and stacking one side with premades, forcing the other side to long-term low win percents.

It's really hard to pull of premades in this one btw. Shatters you can easily but you are 4 per party here not 8. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Ironically enough, for maximum success you'd actually want to not be partied together because of how mechs work. Some people REALLY don't know how to use them well.

Also if you think the mount is bad, I feel super sorry for the people who want the title. 1000 wins....I haven't even done much more than 1000 dungeons over 5 years.

Yeah, pre-mades are more or less impossible since you have to queue as light parties and I think the language select is off for PvP (correct me if I'm wrong). So it is a lot harder for pre-mades to have a lot of influence in a match.

That being said, having a good party holding mid the entire time denies the other team a ton of CE, and gives your team a ton, so one party can be extremely effective in that regard. But, that's also assuming the other team doesn't have a group that can at least hold mid somewhat well (heck, one game I and one person in my party held mid for a good minute or two against 6-10 enemies, harassing them to keep the generator from them until we got killed finally. That's massive in terms of CE produced/denied, and definitely helped us come back to win the match)

No. 10/17 matches (58.8% win rate) so far. Seems about right for not hitting the queues up with a pre-made.

And, in all fairness, I was on your team a couple of times and all you did was complain in alliance chat about people using mechs wrong (not helpful tips - whining) and how you would like to win some day.
That's not good. Go take a break. Being tilted actually makes your win rate go down - common gamer knowledge.

I was trying to be helpful but I was a little too frustrated in a couple matches. I was telling people how to use the mechs and what to use them on, and I'm sorry if I let my frustration make that sound rude.

my win rate is not even close to the one you're stating.

My best advice is: Take a break if its to frustrating for you right now. I've been playing PvP for a few years now and those things can really, really fluctuate. There are good days and bad days, but funny enough: In the end the staticts doesnt seem to lie for most people. I'm saying this because I've got a 37% winrate in Frontline-matches - so about 1/3, which you'd expect when its 3 parties involved (I also have about 1/3 in second and 1/3 in third place). Same with the Feast - I dont play ranked matches, but my overall winrate is 58%, which seems normal when its 1 vs. 1. I've tried the new PvP-mode aswell, but since I havent played to many matches, I dont feel those numbers could be relevant yet.
During my time with PvP I had pretty bad days aswell - 10 matches going by, one win, nine epic losses because people messed up or we didnt have enough healers or to many tanks or the other team was simply better.
But my own numbers are showing me that even if you have those strikes of bad luck, in the end the win-rate is more likely to be closer to 50%, which would be around 200 matches.

Give it a break, if its getting to bad - come back tomorrow and win 19 out of 20 games!
And be aware that this mode is still fairly new - some people might be trying it for the first time and trying to figure out where to even go and what to do. It will get better in a week or two, once strategies are established and already widely known.
And re-open a thread like this when you're at 400 matches and not even close to your 100 wins
