    If you died during Twin Bolt, where was the other tank? Because it sounds like they probably didn’t share the damage with you, or you didn’t mitigate properly like you said (be it from the CD just not going off in time, or you failing to activate it). Or there could have been a healing issue, because, if I remember correctly, Alte Rolte also does a Wyvern Tail auto around that time as well. Twin Bolt is easily survivable with mitigation; you don’t need tank stance for it. And unless you went into V1S in 290 gear, gear isn’t the issue. It’s clearable easily in Verity and crafted gear.

    Tanks already technically take more damage outside of tank stance, with the exception of WAR since Defiance doesn’t offer 20% mitigation like Grit/Shield Oath. Also, this wouldn’t fix the issue of tanks not using tank stance—they would still continue to plow through in DPS stance, and instead force a healer to DPS less to heal them through the +25% vulnerability they now have.

    I can completely agree with trying to make it so that using tank stance is beneficial, and increasing the amount of outgoing damage so that healers can also weave in more heals with DPS (because, as it stands now, outside of certain mechanics like Almagest or Neverwhere in V4S, there isn’t massive amounts of outgoing damage that require a lot of healing uptime), but trying to force it with arbitrary things like vulnerability ups outside of it isn’t the way to go.
