We don't need to. If you enjoy Balmung and have reasons for staying, stay. Eventually people with less paitence will leave (be it through transfer or quitting) and you will reach parity with the other servers and be unlocked. And yes, your population is shrinking slowly...I doubt all those people quit.

I know we ain't close to dead. I'd rather they get more people out anyways since if they just did it now we'd get locked in seconds. I add a lot of people to friend list, and yet only a few have left the server. I had an fc member ready to move, but didn't, simply because he realized it wouldn't be worth it now.

If players had a stronger reason to leave, we'd be fine. Gilg could escape because, although large, it wasn't Balmung large. Square wants over half of our pop to leave, and that's just not happening without some strong reason to.

Why do people from Balmung deserve some great transfer incentive? I left Balmung shortly after 4.0 launched. My boyfriend came with me and we joined up with people who were doing the same be it from Balmung or Gilga.

The idea you deserve something more than what is already being offered is just insane to me.

You are not getting bribed to leave your server. I will say again if you enjoy the server and have reasons for staying, stay. If you do not find the server appealing anymore, then leave. As long as people are still leaving, no matter how slowly, SE's plan is working.

If you feel the need to gain new community then leave the server, The server isn't going to unlock anytime soon unless square says otherwise. If theyre doing the same thing they did with ff11 then expect it to be locked for a few years lol

Give us a better reason to leave.

Give Balmung special case items to leave. The moment one server gets special offers to leave the server, more people will be pissed off. Balmung isn't bigger than everyone else put together playing XIV. I'd rather Balmung just stay the way it is. If people need to meet new people, they will. Either it be by finding people on server they never met before, or server transfer to get an entire new community.
