They unlocked gilga bc it's dropped heavily in population. Leviathian is more populated now. Balmung on the other hand is still very populated.

Brrr thats scarry. Interesting enough that they say that they all know everyone...on the server with the highest population this is very unlikely.^^

I may take a bit of flak from this but here it is. Fact is, as much as I want it unlocked. It's not happening, not for a while anyways. You said it yourself that we have an active population still and that's what SE is looking at. Someone else said it already that we'll need to wait for people to lose their patience and transfer. Problem is, as you've also said, people don't want to. So I don't see Balmung unlocking for a bit. And as a resident of the world... I really want it to but we gotta be realistic on this regard.

Been on Balmung since before it was even Balmung, and I haven't come close to meeting everyone on the server so most people feel brand new to me -shrug-
