Can SE make sure that the themes for UPCOMING expansions aren't tied to a third party so we CAN play them without risking a ban?

I'm fairly sure you /can/ play those because the copyright for them is /owned/ by SE itself. Their rules are more to stop 3rd parties from coming after them. Did they specify that their own songs aren't allowed?

Yep. says in their new media agreement thing. It's cause they Contracted Nobou to do those songs. Must have been in the contract that he keeps the rights to it or something
