    Bard Performance Action Help please

    Unlocked all the new BARD Performance Command and assigned the Notes to 3 hotbars and when I click on them all my characters do is twitch...SO what am I doing wrong what am I missing?

    There's this emperor and he asks this shepherd's boy "How many second in eternity?" The shepherd's boy says there's this mountain of pure diamond. It takes an hour to climb it, and an hour to go around it! Every hundred years, a little bird comes and sharpens its beak on the diamond mountain. And when the entire mountain is chiseled away, the first second in eternity will have passed! You must think that's a hell of a long time.

    Personally, I think that's a hell of a Chocobo.

    Tried in New and Old Gridania, Limsa, Apartment and Inn. I know there's a known issue for those with free trial, but no free trial here full subscriber.

    I have sound no problems there. But none of the music icons work when I click on them on the hotbar. No instrument playing, no animation just a very very minor body twitching. I'll wait see if SE fix the issue for people on the free trial helps my issue then might just reinstall the game see if that works when there's time to do so. Thanks though.

    The twitching you describe sounds suspiciously like the system is preventing you from executing the action for some reason. Are you sure you are on your BRD? Perhaps you've somehow unequipped your job stone and is actually on your ARC? I've had this before when I absolutely can't figure out why my job stone wasn't equipped but it just wasn't.

    Maybe you somehow have overwritten your BRD gearset with an ARC setup?

    Sorry that I can't really think of anything else...it's weird that the rest of the game works fine for you but just Perform can't.

    Unequipped and reequipped the stone. But going to try again and look at the gear. Otherwise I'll have to leave making music for now. ty

    I didn't even get as far as unlocking the Performance tab. Did it just show up for you as soon as you logged in? Or was there a quest you have to complete? I'm finding it hard to figure out how to open that up.
