Timers off

My Timers off.

Unknown, but can make timers go off by going to a certen site.

Don't remmeber,coordinates but was in Lambs of Dalamud event in Mistbeard Cove.

Party or Solo:
Solo with others around.

NPC Name:
None

Monster Name:
Mistbeard Cove event mobs.

In-Game Time:
unknown

Steps:
1) start up pc.
2) log in to FF14 as noraml
3) see its 1:03 so run to event area to see if node up
4) 1:06 enter Mistbeard Cove
5) switch from CRP to gld around 1:07
6) wait around till 1:18
7) event starts up and i use flash on 1st mob
8) seen my timer is at 16 ( 14 secs off )
9) it stays liek that fro all other timers till i restart the game.

As a side note:
I can always get my timers to mess up if I go to URL:
http://espn.go.com/espnradio/play?s=espn
I use IE9 with " Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering" on. This time I didnt use IE9 to make timers go off. Also my friend has reported timers off for him too but not sure what he has done since he loged into game.
