Totally understood. I was curious if you actually saw a way to make it work because I couldn't think of a logical stat weight to judge it on.Pretty hard to do something like this in FF XIV due to "Tank/Healer/DPS", it's not MOBA or FPS ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
That guy wanted to know how other games reward players.
That answer also applies to some MMORPG, like Dragon Nest for example. When there's no Tank-Healer-DPS thing, it solely looks at your perfomance in kills/damage dealt and sometimes "hold the objective".
