Login not accepting my security token....

I can enter in my password ok (as it lets me get past the initial login) but once I try using my software token it's telling me the password is invalid. I haven't tried an emergency remove (yet) but has anyone else had this problem before? I can't sign into lodestone or mog station neither.

This only happens to me if my device turns off/resets. It's easily fixed by connecting it to my wifi and going into the app while connected. The app basically needs to update its database with their server again.

Thanks, but I found my solution. I had changed the time on my tablet as it was 5 minutes too fast. I had to sync the app up again and it was working fine.

Check the time on your device is correct and you have the right timezone. If the clock is off by more than a few minutes (possibly less) it'll generate the wrong codes.

I don't know where you live, but if you are somewhere that's just changed from summer to winter time (or vice versa) if you phone is in the wrong timezone it would still generate the wrong codes, even if the time looks right.
