The ______ SE? That song was a player's origin work, no copyrighted material. This is the kind of stupidity that is going to kill perform.

It's possible to translate MIDI instrument input into keypresses and just play on the MIDI instrument to trigger the corresponding keypress in FFXIV. So it's literally impossible to determine if they were done "legit", though.

Which just goes to show that the current implementation leaves a lot to be desired. Fortunately there will be a proper Perform HUD in 4.2, so I'm looking forward to that.

Meh, a controller is a controller. Someone using a midi piano is going to be the person I actually want to listen too because they actually know how to play lol.
