Lest we forget, people with NVIDIA graphics cards, and people on Windows 10, have got shadow recording (for example Windows 10 will always keep the last 30 seconds of gameplay in memory so if I do a "Capture that" type command, it grabs the last 30 seconds and saves it automatically. Great for when I want to catch a particularly awesome moment and not lose it!). I think AMD has something similar too. So it ain't just the PS4!

Oh, and let's not forget it isn't truly deleted when that happens either. It's just marked as "This is OK to overwrite" and removes the ability for you to navigate it normally. But a forensics team could quite easily get stuck in and find it. Not only that, but those "data recovery" companies also have access to similar tools. So yeah...
