    1) What are they supposed to do other than leave if you make it clear to them that you're not intrested in getting advice? Beg you to take it? They're already spending some of their own time on you while you're probably blowing up in their face or ignoring them alltogether - why should they stay?
    2) How do you know it was "bad advice" in the first place if you dont know how to play said class?
    3) The end of a dungeon is the best moment to give someone advice on how to improve on their class - it doesnt put a hold to the run, the people not affected by it can choose wether to leave or stay and it removes the risk of someone being so pissed off they'll just leave. Its also more relaxed once the last boss is dead.
    4) Seriously? The best advice you've ever got was something this basic? That its easier to tank when in tank-stance and with a damagebuff up? Now I dont even want to imagine what you might have missed with your samurai...

What are people supposed to do when you ignore their advice? Beg and plead for you to listen to them? Follow you around like a puppy spewing their advice over and over again? What do you want them to do?

“Someone gave me advice! Stop! I don’t like that!”
“Someone gave me advice, I ignored them, and then they left the instance! Rude!”

It’s like they’re damned if they do, damned if they don’t...

As for the tank advice, really? That’s the most basic advice that once should already know: if I’m tanking, I should probably use my tank stance. The DRK 30 quest actually stresses the importance of using Darkside, so, again, very basic and very given. If that’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever gotten in this game..... I’m sorry, I question that. Of course, with your opening post, it seems like anyone who tried to offer you anything more would have their head bitten off over it...if not just flat-out ignored, which is equally as disrespectful.

i come to play ffxiv to have fun i not really tried do any of end raids or anything i just want have fun and kind frustrating get advice.
So does everyone else. Some people don’t find it fun seeing someone play a job incorrect/gimp themselves, so they extend a helping hand. And then, you bite it off. Equally not as fun for them. Your enjoyment is not more important that another person’s when you’re doing group content. Sorry.

one my character play 4 to five difference jobs it hard remember set combo plus having adhd it doesn't help when people tried give me advice when i problem will miss a detail.
I understand that having ADHD has it’s own set of challenges, but please don’t use it as an excuse to not get better. I’m sorry, but that’s what it sounds like you’re doing.

some of my character don't even have shread of omega gear
You said yourself you only run dungeons, and no high-end raids. Omega gear is overkill for dungeons, so this is irrelevant. Just because you only run dungeons doesn’t mean that it’s okay to “be okay” with not improving your performance...

    EDIT:

I have ADHD too. If you don't take on the full spectrum of advice completely, but you show you're at least trying to improve yourself, that's OK for most. Again, I've mentioned, most people are understanding of disabilities. When I get advice, I try my best. If I forget something, then that's OK too, at least I'm trying to improve myself. You sound like you're using your disability as an excuse here. If they give you a big batch of advice and you are able to take some of it on board, but not all of it, most players just assume not all of it was understood, and they'll help fill in the gaps.

Don't let your disability define you. I don't (for the most part). Fight on, you're just as capable as everyone else, you just need a different type of support (for example advice in smaller bitesize chunks). Keep at it, you'll get there eventually.

As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.

I run a linkshell and an FC to help new players out with getting content done and learning how to play the game and their jobs. If someone is obviously ignorant of how their job works I will offer advice. I don't do this to be mean or to pick on them. I do this to help them. If they are obviously not welcoming the advice, I tend to just drop it and get on with the dungeon or whatever.

You, OP, don't seem to want any advice or constructive criticism. Stop taking this so personally. Maybe the person who was trying to help you plays that job and knows how to get the most out of it and just wants to pass that on. If this bothers you so much then at the start of a dungeon simply tell the group that you are learning but don't want advice.

One thing to keep in mind. If "everyone" is trying to offer advice, perhaps you are doing it wrong.

Advice should be offered or given when its asked for, throwing out advice and expecting people listen wont end well. As for Mentors you get crap cause there are Mentors in this game who are complete and utter crap. Advice has to be wanted to be accepted and like it or not there are players who dont want advice. No one has to accept Advice if you think they should then you should take this post as some advice.

Okay, I call straight-up bulls**t on this one. In fact, it kind of ticks me off. Look at the character card in my sig, every class in the game 50 or above and 8 combat jobs (and counting) at the lvl cap. And guess what? I've had ADHD since I can remember. I was diagnosed in preschool and it was severe enough that I was medicated for it until I graduated high school. I still have the entire textbook list of symptoms of it well into adulthood, but I've learned how to manage it without meds.

Please, for the love of god, do not hold it up as some paper shield to defend yourself from being incapable of either understanding advice or remembering how to perform multiple jobs. Because implying ADHD makes you unable to preform in this game to even an adequate level of skill, I personally find offensive.

I have a simple request to players like you: Please listen to players who explain something to you if they are polite because no matter how good you think you are or how long you are playing you might do things wrong because you are not god.
The only people who are elitists are these players who don't want to take tipps and refuse to learn because they think they are perfect or think they can do what ever they want, think about it.

This scenario is rarely black and white. If you want to avoid worsening the issue, please keep harsh and rigid opinions such as these to yourself, rather than shouting them out on the forums.

Sometimes, people play poorly enough that it clearly requires correcting. Other times, people obviously give unwarranted advice. In between these two extremes is a large grey area of activity, that is interpreted differently depending on the people involved. There's nothing to do but live with it, and try to avoid casting every instance of conflict as a war between one extreme or the other.
