I cannot agree with this. I get you want to learn machnist, but this is a team orientated game. If I see something I can advise on, and it's causing in my eyes more than a simple minor issue, I will say something, solicited or otherwise. I'm there to help people. Usually, it's only the basics of the class I point out (since I don't know the intricacies of the class). If that gets people's panties in a twist, then I see it as their problem, not mine, for simply helping. I treat it as like a job, if you're not performing as good as you can be in a real job, you'll first of all get advised and supported, if that fails, you get fired. I will take the same approach here. If this sounds harsh to you then I'm sorry, but I will not mince my words over it. I treat this like I would treat a real life job.

That being said, I get you're frustrated, but dependent on how the advice is given, it isn't harassment, it isn't elitism. It's called helping support the team forward in ways that you can. Like as a healer, I will weave in as much DPS as I can. That being said, we won't get so uppity about minor mistakes in dungeons (even Expert for the most part). It's Extreme Primals and Savage that you're expected to know your job almost inside out.

As for the disability, I myself have a communication disability. So I can understand the challenges brought on by disability. That being said, most players do understand that some people are genuinely handicapped in this game due to disability, and we adapt around that. We're trying to make the playerbase better as a whole.

As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
