So I've been playing the game consistently since 2.0 launched. This event comes around and I'm certain that I'll get the mount. Time goes along and the time comes for me to get the mount. Nothing. I call tech support stay on hold for over 45 minutes and finally get someone. They look into the issue and see that the problem is that I purchased a copy of FFXIV for my PS4 in August so that I could play the game while I travel out of state for vacation. Apparently I was given free days and I wasn't even aware that you got free days if you already owned the game. The guy on the phone said he would see what he can do and talked to a supervisor then returned to say, "It's a shame that we can't do anything for you since you haven't missed a sub payment since 2.0."
So, is this how you treat loyal subscribers?
