Dragoon job quest doesn't show up (Missing)

After finishing the quest that's called "proof of might" for the lancer, I am supposed to have a job quest called "Eye of the dragon", to be able to make my character be a dragoon. However, it's not showing at all, the lancer's guild has no quests at all to obtain!!!. I am advanced on the MSQ and finished the proof of might, so I am supposed to have this quest showing up in the guild, but there is no quest, can you guys please solve this problem as soon as it possible, I wasted a lot of time trying to know where the quest is, ended up that there is a bug. I even leveled Marauder to 15, but still not showing.

Have you finished the MSQ "Sylph Management" - it is a level 20 quest you get just after you join a Grand Company?
It is necessary to finish that before you can switch to any Job.

Yes I have, I am very advanced on the MSQ (level 40 quests right now). and finished the proof of might too (The last completed job quest).

Any chance that you might've already done the quest "Eye of the Dragon" and simply forgot to equip the job crystal that the quest dropped into your armoury chest (bottom right icon)?
Does the journal show any quests related to dragoon, when using the dropdown menu to change it from "Disciple of War Quests" to "Disciples of War Job Quests"?
Have you tried going to the Observatorium (25,28 coords) in Coerthas Central Highlands, to see if there's a quest to pick up?

Yes it's there!!!.
But it doesn't show a location.

It means you don't have your Dragoon job crystal equipped, which turns you from LNC to DRG, allowing you to pick up the quest. Open your Armoury Chest, and click on the icon shown in the following screenshot:

If the job crystal isn't in there, it might be in your inventory, or on a retainer. Try typing "/isearch dragoon" (without the quotation marks). If it comes up with the item link "Soul of the Dragoon", right click it and click "Search for Item". This'll show if it's in your inventory, or which retainer it's on. (As an added note, the /isearch <item name> command is really useful if you can't find an item on your character.)
