Remove KO Exclusion from POTD when solo (because DDoS)

I'd really like to work on my solo POTD progression. About once a month, I wait for a day when the servers seem stable enough to focus on it.

But right now, it's inevitable that you will be disconnected while inside the POTD. Whether it's on floor 20 or floor 120, it will happen at some point in your journey. Not an ISP disconnect - but a server disconnect to the lobby.

It's equally unfortunate that simply being disconnected counts as a KO, whether you were actually KOd or not. The simple fact that you were disconnected places you outside of the instance, with a KO count of 1.

Getting to floor 100 is a significant time investment, and right now, it's almost a statistical impossibility to pass floor 100 alone without a disconnect. So please make the the solo rewards from the content attainable until you get your DDoS situation under control (which is looking like never, since it's been going on for years).

I'll say that it's difficult to tell because between losing connection and when the game acknowledges you're gone, you could be killed by mobs. However, if you're not agro'd, if you're just standing there, and loading, I agree, losing your progress over disconnection is a pain in the neck. If you're in a party, they're there to keep the instance alive until you make it back unless you were unfortunate enough to have all of you go offline, but statistically, it's not half as probably as only one of you getting the boot. Solo, you don't have that, and that's a massive motivation-killer for the solo challenge.

Simply not ejecting you immediately upon a disconnect when solo would be a huge step in the right direction.

There's no reason you shouldn't be able to resume where you left off when you connect, because these disconnects are extremely short.

But the technology also already exists to not have a disconnect during combat be a guaranteed fatality.

We have AI for every class right now because of command squadrons (albeit ridiculously bad), so there is no reason that a disconnect during combat should be a guaranteed fatality.

Legitimate failures during a POTD solo run don't come from single entity combat, they come from failing to follow safe practices while moving or running out of time.

Fun Fact:

If you are in a group and you get DC'd and the group kills the boss (even if you DC'd a floor or two prior) and you log back in after they killed the boss... YOU STILL GET FULL CREDIT as long as you log back in before the timer expires.

I've personally done this, because of a power outage. Took me over 5 minutes to get back in, and I was surprised as all crap to see me standing in the boss's room with the fanfare playing and the exit portal glowing. I even got the XP and money upon clicking said exit portal.

So why can't you do this when you're solo?

Also the leaderboard is based on points, not floors, so going for a high score requires that you backtrack and farm things with your spare time on the earlier floors.

It's extremely frustrating to have done that from floor 1, only to have a momentary blip while standing in a hallway around floor 90 ruin hours of work.

For me, that's about a month or two, because I only find the time to work POTD into my schedule for an hour or two per week.
