    I can't get past the launcher on ps4

    Everything related with SE and this game is not loading at all for me I had to turn off my wifi and use my cellphone just to post this, been trying to play for over 30 hrs all I get is blank screen, and I can't contact support either nor even get on mogstation to cancel my wife and my subscription we're done with this horrible service.

    So, uhh, you cant even access this website on your phone through wifi? This is not a FFXIV problem, but a problem on your or your ISP's end. Either something hooked up to your wifi is using all of your internet bandwidth (which you can actually see by running the test on speedtest.net off your phone and posting the numbers here). Either that or a routing issue with your ISP, which you "might" be able to remedy by changing the DNS settings on your PS4 or router to reflect google DNS, or maybe somebody else in your house with admin rights to your router went in and blocked the FFXIV service?
