Sometime I wish some of the player who play from start of ARR would be notice, just like thos who play 1.0 long enough got know as Legacy player... Yes, yes I know the situation the happened back then and reason why they even run Legacy campaign at all but still wish thos have play longer regardless if they suck or good player or focus in crafting/battle get something cool.

I think the reason ARR players don't get 'recognition' is because the game was in no way in the dire situation it was in in 1.0, the players from that era get that status for sticking with the game and paying for it anyway.

Though I do feel you on that, sometimes I wish there was something that shows you've been around for the long haul besides veteran rewards, which are now meaningless since you get all of them for virtually no mileage compared to before.

The "legacy" tattoo and rewards (achievements) are a small way of saying/indicating "you stuck with us through a really bad time. Thank you".

Why should they reward you for playing a good game? I understand you'd like a little thanks for sticking with it so long... but if that's why you play a game for a long time, for the recognition, I'd say you'd need to change games.

Well I thought legacy era players got an exclusive mount or something.

Other than that, nothing stopping SE from adding more veteran rewards in the future if they want. If they didn't cut down the time to get some things adding more would just have effectively placed it out of reach to many players whose only sin was not subbing continuously since day one.

Asking hurts nothing, agreed.What I'm saying is if you're looking for some kind of recognition for playing a game, it sounds like you consider spending a long time in this game to be similar to putting in hours at a job, therefore unenjoyable and deserving of compensation or at least recognition. IF this is the case then maybe stop playing the game because if you're not having fun then there's no point to play.

If you're just looking for a general "thank you for being around so long".. that was veteran rewards which they did away with because people complained the longer ones (which is pretty much what you're asking for) were too difficult to attain.
We HAD longstanding subscriber rewards and the community said it wasn't fair, so they standardized them. Now you get .. something to trade in for those rewards and the long and short of it is: if you've been with us from the beginning you have them all already.

Sadly Vet rewards went away, guess there are special little snowflakes everywhere... coughjumppotionscough... unfortunately in this day and age, people don't have any tolerance for putting in the effort to play a game long term and think they are entitled to everything from the start. Frankly I think SE needs to put their foot down on this, but if they don't it won't matter much in the grand scheme of things. People like that are the kind of people I fire irl on a daily basis, and yes, I get a lot of satisfaction in doing so. At least we don't have loot boxes... I'm looking at you Battlefront II.

Did I say anything about the Japanese player base? No. So go back to your special little snowflake corner. They were both horrible decisions at a cash grab for people who think they know what they are doing but don't. Will some be able to catch up and learn their job? Yes, but that is a very small amount of players and only introduced more mouth breathing hurp durps into Duty Finder that frankly have no place playing this game. Now if you want to address the ACTUAL topic, please do so.
