FC considering leaving Gilgamesh

My FC is currently considering leaving Gilgamesh, as the server has been locked for so long now we just cannot recruit anyone to replenish our dwindling ranks due to standard player attrition. This is hard decision for us as we have a mansion and multiple members have personal houses.

We are looking at the currently listed Preferred Worlds only.

Some questions we need answers too are:

1. How much of population is using PS4? We are a PS4 focused FC, as we are all PS4 players and use PSN chat for socializing and raiding, etc...
2. What is the housing availability on this world?

We do plan on making an ALT on this to attempt research before making this move.
We appreciate any input and advice you offer.

Brynhildr: (Keep in Mind) My time played on the server is about 3weeks.

The server feels like an RP server
Housing market is "rare" 2-3weeks of daily checking I did find a small
PS4 population 2/5 from what I've seen.
I've seen an influx of new/trial members join the server
The Forums seem dead couple of viewers no talkers

If you are into RP I'd say Limsa Lominsa hands down keep you busy.

I didn't notice that the Limsa crowd was RP, but I'm typically moving through there anyway. I don't think it's hard to find PS4 players. I could not estimate the ratio of PS4 to PC.

For housing, everything on every server is on lock down because there's no demo timer active (as far as I know). I found a small pre-4.0 relatively easily. People knew housing was coming in 4.0 though, so maybe they held back. A medium sat for ~2 days in the Mist, which people noted as odd. If the demo timer is active, I think you can find a house. I haven't looked for purchasing a house off a person because I didn't need to.
