Static 7/8 LF Shield Healer (Sch | Noct Ast) -OR- Offtank (War | Drk)

We're a midcore static, and are looking for a shield healer or an off-tank for our 8th spot. Many of us have been raiding together for years at this point and are a friendly, tight knit group. We typically raid 3 nights a week, for about 2 hours each night.

Current Schedule is:
Tuesday - 5:30pm pacific - 2 hours
Thursday - 5:30pm pacific - 2 hours
Sunday - either 3pm or 6pm pacific (flexible) - 2 hours

Discord is required as it's our main form of communication. We have v4s on farm currently, so please have cleared v4s or at least have some experience with the fight. We do enjoy going into new content blind (no guides) and learning for ourselves. We're not pursuing goals such as world/server first, however, we do expect to clear each tier within a reasonable amount of time.

We enjoy both the challenge of the content as well as the interactions and social aspect between friends. Having a like-minded, cheerful group of people that like spending time chatting and making jokes is what can turn a potentially frustrating, head-bashing night into something we look forward to. We don't expect anyone to be perfect, we just hold each other to the standard that everyone does put 100% in and is always trying to improve. Making progress and clearing is still important to us. So, if you're interested in the challenge while having some (goofy) fun, we might be a good fit.

We are currently beginning progression on Ultimate.
