I disagree with this. A)Sell items from what you kill, great solo or with good XP of grouping. B)Learn what Leves are and do em, you level and get gil. Not to mention, alot of leves give gear as rewards. C) Level a DoL, If you do not have DoH, 100% of leveling the goes to income, and it pays well. D)DoH, makes lots of money and makes it fast.
Get a group together to farm NMs for good gear at 30ish, and the gear cost nothing. You get XP and learn to play your class a little more as well. The gear will last untill you are 50.
Basically, I am telling you 4 ways off the top of my head that you are flat out wrong on this point. The last thing we need is even more inflation in our economy, and that is exactly what your suggesting will add.
side quests need to reward GIL as well
No. See above, read it, learn from it, love it.
Recipe books for sale ~ maybe even a set of starting recipes when you start the game
They already have these. Where have you been?
Get rid of the Culinary class or merge it with alchemy ~ i personaly dont see the point in it.
They already stated they are changing both of these classes. Please try to keep up. Also, its interesting how you believe you know enough about them to suggest it with your highest class as level 22.
Merge Armorcraft & blacksmithing classes ~ they are the same thing (maybe remake them secondary?)
How do you know, you havn't leveled eithe one.
Merge weaving & leathercrafting ~ pretty much the same thing (maybe remake them secondary?)
umm, no. one deals with leather and the other cloth, again, please try to keep up.
On a side note loving the game!
