when you learn the mechanics u will learn them even faster raid to raid. mostly they are just comebacks from other fights. one day also you will do it much faster. tahts true.

Like i said, go try ultimate coil. but i doubt you will because right now there is no bragging rights, only pain misery and many sleepless nights about tornado's, oh and a shiny golden weapon you could gloat to people about!
But you won't because many players like you do not actually support the game, you play get bored come back years later complain about change then rinse and repeat, at least i have stuck with this game since i started playing, you seem to not have.

The last patch just added Ultimate Coil of Bahamut - a raid thats supposed to offer a new, hardcore challenge for people who are intrested in that.
You cant have cleared the recent EX-primal yet either - and Shinryu can be a little bitch, believe me. Theres a challenge to have!

But all of those are new challenges you're not used to yet, right? You'd rather repeat the old fights that you know and that dont offer a real, new challenge for you anymore.
Old challenges get replaced with new ones - I wouldnt want to just work my ass off at Garuda EX for the rest of my life in this game.

It would be horribly frustrating to new players to keep everything as hard to get as it once was. Sure, horses used to be a kind of status symbol - but what kind of status do you still get from "I cleared this outdated fight 3 years ago" compared to "I cleared this current hard content"? Besides, as many people have mentioned, it's really nice that you're having fun doing everything synced! Some others might not! Current content cannot be unsynced so just let people do old fights however is fun to them. You're really not losing anything, and you can always be your fc-grandpa and tell the story of how you cleared Titan ex back when it couldn't be unsynced.

doesn't count. He postet this in our german board too and we discovered that, indeed, he cleared it in one week .. in December '16.

If they mandated first timers had to do all content synced, they would never experience any old raids or EX Primals. No one does Titan EX or Alexander Prime synced anymore.

Bingo correct answer here! It doesn't even MATTER whether people think they can tell others how to play because in the end making first kills sync only would be a stupid move on SE part.

Yes I did all of Bahamut after T5 unsynch for my first kill. And it was still fun, it still took some skill to win and yes I still was happy when we killed them. I still have great respect for all those people that do the raids when they are still recent. At the same time all those people are already able to show of their mounts/titles/minions for a long time since you can only unsynch the old things when a new expansion hits.

Nobody is forced to do things synch or unsynch so people still can kill stuff like it was meant to be..but at the same time if you did not do it from the start your ilvl will already make the fight easier. Also lets not forget that you dont need to unsych it with 8 people. You can still have a challenge if you go with only four or five people. Heck a friend did T13 with him as a tank and her as a healer and this is far from easy.

If we would be forced to do the content synch for the first time before we can unsynch it, I really hope that you are still understanding of new people, if you dont need the primal anymore and will help out newer players to clear the fight, even if that might mean hours of learning and wiping. Also theoretically if you want to earn the mount/title/minions like the first people did..wouldnt that mean that anyone in there that already cleared it makes it easier for you thus you also did not need the work that the first people did? Are you reading guides? Are you only going in with new people to truly learn the fight or are you hoping for players that already cleared it?
