I've been playing since ARR-beta - and I've cleared every EX-primal when it was more or less recent content. I've got all my horses before HW and all my birds before SB (aka: in synched parties). My raid-group back then just managed to clear T13 a week before HW and yes, that was a lot of "YES! We did it!" in our TS back then. But non of that affects your game-experience just as much as it wouldnt affect your game-experience if I'd gotten all of that within the last two weeks in unsyched parties. (Or that I'm now unsyching that content for my Khloe-book or for bird-farms for friends.)

If someone prefers not to have this "Yes! I really did it and managed to clear this difficult fight!"-moment and just get their clear and/or items, that doesnt ruin anything for you. Its their right to "break" the game (within the limits the game allows you, obviously) and if thats more fun to them, why not let them have that fun?
Its great that you enjoy a challenge and that you like the ones the game is offering you - doesnt mean that everyone has to share this sentiment and who are you to tell them "NO! You're not allowed to enjoy this content your way! My way is the only right way!"

The only thing thats affected are your little shiny status-symbols - aka the mounts (and maybe weapons - seeing how they can be crafted as prettier version though... not really) - and if its bothering you that someone can go and farm for them with less time investment, all I can say is: Get over yourself.
No one is hurting you by running this content unsyched - you dont have to do that, if you dont want to.
