Let's be honest. A good number of those roulettes end either in failure or the mentor outright leaving. There's a reason the system as a whole is looked so down upon.

I've had a small percentage end in failure. Most of the time they are successful. And yes, a large number of "mentors"(properly read as self-serving-holier-than-thou types) do leave instantly, however there are still a larger number of mentors who will stick with the group until the end, teaching/helping people learn mechanics. It's when the people learning do NOT want to learn that it dissolves even faster than cotton candy in a puddle.
