I can twist any ability with your warped logic and call it a rehash of another. I mean yeah look at all those great books out there. All those cheaters did was use word that already existed, thus by your logic clearly every book every written is exactly a "lazy corner cutting" of the last.

And crayola with all those colors.....what liars right? evey one of them is a different combination of the 7 primary colors a human can see.

And all those movie makers lying to us with those movies in fancy colors whrn they only projected them in a mix of red, blue, and green.

Takes one to know one? Your reply certainly suggests as much...

It sounds as tho you're trying to be a wit, and I bet you're half right..

The relevancy to what I had said in your last 4 sentences was practically void. If you're going to make unrealistic contrasts and comparisons, then don't quit your day job to become a politician, you'd miserably fail.

What is clear here, is that you seem to be perfectly content with SE's reuse of nearly the same game mechanics as we had before, being put into the job system. To deny how uncomfortably similar they are to each other, in words at least, just advertises your approval of mediocrity by game development standards.

At least movies find unique ways to express those base colors, and crayolas do the same.

This list of job skils? not so much.

What they are doing can be likened to a furniture store marking their prices up only to slash them back down to create an excuse for a "sale".

They take our skills away only to disguise them and give them back to us with new names. Not acceptable.
