Read the time line -- They're working on the content starting around next month, actually -- Whether it's released with 2.0 or not is a different matter, but there will be content released with 2.0, maybe not the defensive/offensive battles, but Crystal Tower for example could easily be content released with 2.0 as if they're smart enough, they can pull a Nyzul Isle or Dynamis and release it in chunks and that way they can expand it every update till you reach the top to cross over and encounter cloud of dar- the final boss of the tower.
